Q4 Results: Hero MotoCorp Ltd, Profit up by 18%, Dividend of Rs 40 declared

Hero MotoCorp is India’s one of the largest two-wheeler company has announced Q4 results. There is 18% increase in the net profit (PAT) amounting to Rs 1016 Cr. The company reported a net revenue of Rs 9519 Cr which is up by 15% from the previous quarter.

As per the press release by the company this is the highest ever revenue and PAT for the year. The company also declared a final dividend of Rs 40 per share which is making the final dividend to Rs 140 per share which also includes a interim dividend of Rs 100.

The latest sales as extracted from the company press release are mentioned below:

EBIDTA margin for the quarter stood at 14.3%, reflecting an improvement of 120 bps y/y
basis which is driven by product mix, lower commodity costs, higher savings, and judicious price increases. Consolidated Revenue for the quarter stood at Rs.9,617 Crore, a growth of 14% over previous year and PAT at Rs.943 Crore, a growth of 16% over previous year.

Mr. Niranjan Gupta, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Hero MotoCorp, said, “The financial
year 2024 has been a remarkable period for Hero MotoCorp. He expressed a positive outlook for the company in the near future. He said he sees multiple tailwinds for two-wheeler sector and company is fully prepared to gain a more market share in the coming times. 

            The company management said that they are also coming up with new models Xoom 125 cc and Xoom 160 cc in first half of the fiscal which will further boost the company sales in the coming months.
